I loved playing video games ever since I was a kid. We had that Playstation 1 and then 2 which me and my sister used to always fight each other over playing time, of course she always wins because she’s older, so I was stuck watching her play for hours. But then I got a little bit older and I lost my interest, and switched to watching movies and TV shows, then there was the internet. Playing games became convenient as well because of smart phones. During this quarantine, I got interested again with playing video games. I wasted most of my time playing that I felt such a slob 😅 But it takes away the boredom and also it’s really fun. 😄
Today, I am going to share with you the top games that I enjoyed playing all the way from Playstation 1 & 2 days to current video games.
Hogs Of War
This is a Playstation 1 game, and who doesn’t enjoy playing with hogs going to war. This game was so fun, it’s a multiplayer game where you each set up a team of hogs with special ability like a marksman, engineer, medic etc. just like in the army. And then you and your opponent each get a turn to kill each other, and the 1st one who kills all the hogs of the opponent wins. It’s funny game as well because of the dialogue of the hogs.
A Playstation 2 game, you control a special operations team as you go on special missions where you escape through hundreds of enemies by eliminating them. You can switch through the four characters, position them or order them to follow you, attack or stand down. You plan your attack. Back then the graphics of this game was so astounding, and the war scenes and gameplay was so good. I finished the campaign a thousand times.
Grand Theft Auto games
The first GTA game that I played was GTA 3 but I never really finished that, I finished the story mode of Vice City, San Andreas & GTA V, and I repeatedly done it a thousand time. This game is just so addicting, the realism and the satire of it is just awesome. GTA games are basically violent games. Mostly, drug related missions or assassination, robbing banks etc. It’s not for kids 😂 but it is such a fun game because it’s an open world. So, you can basically do anything.
I was a basketball fan around 2004 through 2013-ish. I was a huge Detroit Pistons fan, me and my brother used to play against each other and his team was always the Phoenix Suns. I lost my interest after Miami Heat won that back to back championship, I wasn’t that in it anymore. Now, I became fond of watching NBA again. I kind of got into the hype of Luka Doncic, I’m also currently playing NBA 2K20.
Oh who are you rooting for to win the NBA Finals Championship? Lakers or Heat? Vote below 😄
This got to be my all time favorite game, escaping from my real world to create my own world. This is the best life simulation game ever. If you don’t know this game, you are clearly missing out. The Sims is a great way to experience living your dream life 😂 creating your dream house, and even creating your dream family. I just can’t get enough of this game, and with Sims 4 I just keep on building houses than actually playing the game 😁.
These are just my top 5 games, I was actually planning to create a more expounded blog post about each of these games where I show my gameplay but I’m too lazy to do that. 😅 And, also I decided to post this because this is my way to tell you that I’m gonna be a bit busy for the next few days, as I’m going to play Red Dead Redemption 2 for the very first time. I’m pretty excited about it, I’ve read great reviews about the realism of the game. And, I also read how this game ruined their expectations towards other games because of how good it is. Have any of you played it already? Don’t spoil the story though 😅.
I’m going to be so far behind with reading your blogs but rest assured I will happily go through all of it as I always do 😊.
